Return & Refund Policy

At A Glamorous Shopping Mall Australia Pty Ltd, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing parts will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Securely package the item in its original packaging
  3. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RMA)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error. For items purchased during promotional periods, only the actual amount paid will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The date of your return
  • The shipping method used for your return
  • Any tracking information available

We will investigate the matter promptly and keep you informed throughout the process. In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
